How Does Coaching Work?

ADHD coaching is a specialized form of coaching designed to help individuals with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) better manage their symptoms and improve their overall functioning. ADHD coaches work collaboratively with clients to identify specific goals, create strategies, and provide ongoing support to help individuals with ADHD lead more productive and fulfilling lives.

Mr. Henry helps clients stay in the driver seat by teaching them to track and assess their progress toward their goals. Adjustments may be made to the coaching plan as needed to ensure that the client is making meaningful improvements. The ultimate goal of ADHD coaching is to empower clients to become more self-reliant and confident in managing their ADHD symptoms. The skills and strategies learned through ADHD coaching are intended to be lifelong tools & strategies that clients can continue to use and adapt as needed.

What should I Expect?

Mr. Henry works with clients to develop personalized strategies and techniques tailored to their unique needs and challenges. These skills may include prioritization, task initiation, emotional regulation, and effective communication. Accountability is a key component of ADHD coaching. Clients stay on track by setting deadlines, monitoring progress, and holding the client accountable for implementing agreed-upon strategies.

The coaching process begins with an initial assessment. During this assessment, the coach and client discuss the client's strengths, challenges, and specific areas they want to improve. This assessment helps establish a baseline and sets the stage for goal-setting
